Career
After five years with the UBC Thunderbirds, Blair signed with German club Düren in 2011.
Blair has spent his whole professional career there, except for a one-year loan with Nantes Rezé MV in the 2013–14 season.
In 2009, Blair became a member of the national squad for the first time. He was a member of the group that finished fifth at the 2016 Summer Olympics and contributed to the group’s victories in the 2015 and 2013 NORCECA Men’s Volleyball Championships.
In June 2021, Bann was selected for Canada’s Olympic team for 2020.
