Shah’s acting career began in the eighth grade. Her career was started by the Star Plus program Gulaal. In the 2011 film Diya Aur Baati Hum, she played Shruti. Later, she played Laxmi in Life OK’s Alaxmi – Hamari Super Bahu. Later, in Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micheli, she played Ami. She then starred in Khushiyon Kii Gullak Aashi by Sony Pal.
