Career
His debut album, “Mystikal,” was published by Big Boy Records in 1994.
It was a huge success for the musician and one of the most profitable albums for the record company. U.N.L.V, The B.Gz, and Lil Wayne, who had signed with a separate record label in New Orleans, were competitors of Mystikal.
After the loss of his sister, to whom he was deeply attached and with whom he co-wrote the song “Not That Nigga,” he was having trouble. He and Lil Wayne then decided to collaborate. He joined Jive Records and issued his self-titled debut album. He joined No Limit Records the next year, and in November of that year, Unpredictable was released.
His final record for the company, Ghetto Fabulous, was released in 1998. His subsequent album, Let’s Get Ready, arrived at the top of the Billboard 200 Top Album chart. Following his conviction on accusations of extortion and sexual violence, he was sent behind bars. After his release in 2010, he was registered as a sexual offender.
