Career
On October 15, 2018, Dest made his Jong Ajax debut in a 2-1 loss to Jong PSV. Dest contributed one goal and two assists while playing in 18 games for the Dutch Eerste Divisie. He also contributed one goal and one assist in seven games in the prestigious UEFA Youth League.
On July 27, 2019, as Ajax took on rival PSV Eindhoven in the 2019 Johan Cruyff Shield match, Dest made his first team debut in a competitive game.
