Lettieri played for the Lincoln Stars for two seasons in the USHL before committing to attend the University of Minnesota.
He played for the Minnesota Golden Gophers for four seasons, guiding them to four straight regular-season Big Ten titles.
Lettieri signed a two-year entry-level contract with the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League on March 27, 2017, after joining the team as a free agent.
